Refund policy

RETURN

If you purchased a product from our website (www.tegadesign.com) and are not happy with it, you may return it for a full refund. Shipping costs and customs/import duties and taxes are non-refundable.

You may return your purchase within 30 days of fulfillment for a refund.

In order for us to issue a full refund or make an exchange, the product must be in a reusable and resellable condition.

You can start a return or exchange at Return Product.

The amount paid for the returned product will be refunded to the customer's bank account within 15 days from the return date.

International Return Policy:

For all orders shipped outside of the United States, the customer is solely responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, and any additional charges incurred are non-refundable.

 

EXCHANGE

You may exchange your purchase within 30 days of fulfillment. In order for us to issue a full refund or make an exchange, the product must be in a reusable and resellable condition.

Once you drop off the item at UPS/USPS using the shipping label we will provide you, we will ship your replacement item no later than the next business day.

You can start to exchange at the Exchange Product.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
