I tried the Morton's extension insole as I'm recovering from a chilectomy for Hallux rigidus. The quality of the item seems great, the fit just didn't work for my foot. It ended up being more painful than no insert. I ordered a full foot insole as well and am hoping that works better.

Upon my first test run on the treadmill, I was delighted with how the usual pain at the base of my toe was mitigated.I’d recommended giving these a try to anyone dealing with the same sort of issue!
