How to choose the best size?
- Please remove your original insole from the shoe.
- Measure your original shoe insole length.
- Choose a carbon fiber insole that is 0.2 inch shorter than your original insole.
Note: Shoe sizing and insole lengths may vary according to the brand. If you measure the original insoles of the shoes you will use and order a 0.2" shorter carbon fiber insole, you will find the right size.
