🦶 How to Use Carbon Fiber Insoles
Flat full-width and Kid's insole:

Step 1: Remove the existing insole
Take out the original insole from your shoe.
This creates enough space and ensures proper fit and stability.
Step 2: Insert the carbon fiber insole
The heel seated firmly at the back of the shoe.
Step 3: Reinsert the original shoe insole
Place your original shoe insole back on top of the carbon fiber insole.
Step 4: Start with a short wear time
For first-time users:
Wear for 1–2 hours on the first day
Gradually increase wear time over the next few days
Morton's Extension Insole

Step 1: Remove the existing insole
Take out the original insole from your shoe.
