  • Please REMOVE your original insole from the shoe..
  • MEASURE your original shoe insole length.
  • CHOOSE a carbon fiber insole that is 1/2 inch (0.5 inch) shorter than your original insole.
  • If the size you find corresponds to an in between size, you can choose the smaller size.

      PAY ATTENTION! 

  • When ordering, please choose the women's or men's size insole that corresponds to the carbon fiber insole length that suits you. For example, even if your current shoe size is Women's 10/ Men's 9, the carbon fiber insole may sometimes correspond to Women's 11/Men's 10.

Instant relief with these carbon fiber rigid insoles!

Working well.

I found that it takes a little bit getting used to in terms of having this very rigid insole in my shoe. I have to make sure that the shoes I decide to wear have removable insoles so I can place it underneath that insole. The thickness is really good and it does not make my shoes tighter. I have to pick the right shoe, because in one slip on shoe wearing the insole would make the back of my shoe pop off. So for me it has not worked in every single shoe. I found I have to work up to wearing it for longer and longer periods of time. The most important thing is my toe seems to be recovering better now. That is a relief after 11 months out of surgery and still having problems. So pleased my doctor recommended these insoles.
